The harness racing track and the 1-mile speedway used for NASCAR events were opened all the way back in 1969. The multipurpose facility, previously known as Dover Downs, is rated 4 out of 5 on Tripadvisor, making it the top spot in the state. Located in the state’s capital and second-largest city, Bally’s Dover is a hotel, casino, and racetrack complex known nationally for its NASCAR track nicknamed “the Monster Mile”.
